During the 09th and 11th of June 2021, the 7th International Conference of Geology and Mine Planning Geomin - Mineplanning 2021 was held, an event organized by the Department of Mining Engineering of the University of Chile, the Catholic University of the North, Queens University, and Gecamin.

  

Gonzalo Ignacio Nelis Suazo is the new graduate of the PhD in Mine Engineering of the Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences of the University of Chile.

Fabián Alejandro Manríquez León is the new PhD graduate in Mine Engineering of the Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences of the University of Chile.

Thais Chavez: new Mine Engineer graduated from Delphos Laboratory.

 

On December 23, 2020, Delphos Laboratory's Mine Engineering student Thais Chávez Avila passed her degree exam. The examining commission consisted of Enrique Jélvez, Alex Carpanetti Lanyon, Jonathan Tapia Espinoza, Esteban Marinkovic Núñez and Guillermo Bagioli Arce.

On October 22nd, 2020, Delphos Laboratory's Mine Engineering student Luis Navea passed his title exam, defending his memoirs titled "Short Term Planning and Simulation in Open Pit Mines Optimizing Multiple Objectives: A Case study." The examining commission consisted of Fabián Manríquez, Enrique Jélvez and Rodrigo Peroni.
