Faced with the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Delphos Mine Planning Laboratory continues its entire work through telework.
This work mode began on March 16th, extending until health conditions are guaranteed for all team members.
The following measures have been implemented to facilitate teleworking:
- Transfer of notebooks from the laboratory to the homes of its members during the week of March 16th.
- Contact via e-mail, instant messaging, and videoconferences between undergraduate students, magister theists, supervisors, development engineers, and researchers.
- Conducting bi-weekly coordination meetings by videoconference.
- Remote access, via VPN (Virtual Private Network), to calculation computers located at the university.
Finally, we invite all people to comply with the measures implemented by the health authority:
- Stay at home.
- Wash your hands frequently with soap or alcohol gel.
- Wear a mask if using public or private transport.
